Ninja Creami Recipe

This is my most used recipe, as it is the base for so many different combinations with mix-ins and toppings. The QUEST shake mix is key.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Open the can of pineapple and pour ONLY the juice into your Ninja Blender, set aside the can with pineapple chunks
  2. Pour in the protein shake
  3. Add in the pudding mix
  4. Blend until smooth
  5. Pour into your Ninja Creami container
  6. Add pineapple chunks
  7. Cover and freeze for 24 hours
  8. Cover and freeze for 24 hours
  9. Add Fairlife chocolate milk to your Ninja Creami container
  10. Freeze 16-24 hours
  11. Take out of freezer and set on counter for 10 min, or you can alternatively run under water 1-2 min
  12. 1st Spin = Sorbet Setting
  13. Scrape down sides if needed
  14. Make hole in middle, add a little milk or protein shake
  15. 2nd Spin = Sorbet setting
  16. Scoop and enjoy!

Toppings & Mix-Ins

This Ninja Creami vanilla base recipe works great with so many toppings and mix-ins.

Fresh Strawberry Sauce
2 cups Strawberries, sliced or smashed
1 tbsp sugar (or sugar substitute)

Chocolate Sauce & Chips
Drizzle Hershey’s Simply 5
1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips 

Cherry Garcia
5 maraschino cherries crushed
1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips 

Bananas Foster
1 banana sliced
1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp nuts 

Sprinkles (because why not – occassionally)
candied sprinkles

Whatever your favorite sweet treat is. I like a Canadian candy I ate as a kid (see top right pic in the 4 to the right) called Coffee Crisp - it's delish!

Ninja Creami Recipe for Creamy Vanilla

I spent so much time and tested countless versions of Vanilla Creami Recipes . I tried protein powders, protein shakes, cottage cheese, vanilla pudding, you name it. It either tasted like a protein shake or simply awful and went down the drain. By chance, I bought QUEST Vanilla protein powder for my morning protein shakes. I hated it - it was simply too sweet for me to drink. I did not think about it much, set the protein powder aside, figuring I would get around to adding little bits to my morning routine.

Then one day it hit me. My Ninja Creami Vanilla recipe needed to be more sweet and I wanted it to be high protein. On a whim, I tried the QUEST Vanilla protein shake mix. Initially, it was just too sweet! Then, I decided to "cut it" by adding one of my favorite protein shake powders I use almost every day in my morning routine. The result?

A perfect Vanilla Ninja Creami.

The combination of the super sweet (sickeningly sweet if I tried using as a morning shake) QUEST Vanilla and the Prolific Isolate protein powder, along with some vanilla extract to me was the perfect balance. Not too sweet and it did not taste too much like a protein shake. Whole milk is also one of the keys. 

This, to me, is the perfect high protein vanilla creami recipe, hands down. And, it's a great base for so many of my great mix-ins and toppings on this page. This is my go-to recipe and I normally have 2-4 Creami containers filled and frozen with it at all times.
